Seller: Bin Imdad Commercial and Industrial Group FZE, trading as BI Digital. These terms apply to our free samples. Any different product-specific terms will be shown before ordering.
What you may do
You receive a non-exclusive licence to download, keep a backup, edit and use the resource for your personal projects, your own business and finished client projects. You can deliver a completed proposal, flattened presentation or finished design to a client, and send a personalised invitation to guests. Original files and reusable source templates remain with the licensed purchaser.
What is not permitted
- Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share or give away original or source files, or offer them for download, whether free or paid.
- Do not upload them to shared drives accessible to others, template libraries, stock sites or competing download services.
- Do not distribute edited versions that still function as reusable templates or standalone stock assets.
- Do not use a standalone asset as the main value of merchandise or print-on-demand products.
- Do not share your account or download links. Other users should obtain their own licence through BI Digital.
Ownership and visual samples
This licence provides permission to use a resource, not exclusive ownership or trademark rights. AI-generated visual samples are labelled on their product pages. Exclusivity and copyright eligibility are not promised. Do not represent a synthetic image as a real photographed event, place or product. Check the suitability and third-party rights of your finished use.
Courses and custom work
Courses are self-study resources, not accredited training or professional advice. Downloading a project brief does not order a service. Custom work requires a separate written scope, price, schedule, source-file arrangement and approval.
Downloads and support
Files are accessed through your account library after an order. Keep your own backup. Controlled downloads reduce unauthorised access but cannot prevent every copy after a file has been downloaded. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Paid purchase and refund terms will be shown before paid sales are introduced.
