How it works

1. Browse a collection and check the product description, format and compatibility.
2. Add a resource to your bag and sign in to keep it in your library.
3. Complete your order. Our current starter resources are free and need no card.
4. Open My library and download your files.

Open and use your files

Keep the original download and edit a working copy. The file extension at the end of its name tells you which instructions to follow. Software subscriptions are not included.

CSV worksheets (.csv)

1. Open the file in Excel or Numbers, or import it into Google Sheets.
2. If everything appears in one column, use your spreadsheet app’s import option and choose a comma as the separator.
3. Save a working copy as an Excel workbook, Numbers document or Google Sheet before adding formatting.
4. Replace blank rows with your own entries. Enter dates as YYYY-MM-DD and review next actions manually.

These starter sheets have no formulas, macros or automatic reminders. Keep customer contact details in a private working copy.

Text templates and courses (.md)

1. Open the file in a text editor. You can also copy its text into Word or Google Docs.
2. Headings begin with # and lists use hyphens. These are normal Markdown formatting marks; the file remains readable as plain text.
3. For templates, replace square-bracket prompts and remove fictional examples and instructions from the document you send.
4. For the course, work through the exercises before checking the answers. Save your notes separately.

Keep the .md original if you want to edit it again. Save or export a separate PDF from your document app when you need a finished document.

Editable invitation (.html)

1. Download the invitation and open the file in a desktop browser.
2. Click the invitation text to personalise the occasion, names, date, venue and reply details.
3. Choose Print, select A5 paper if available, and save as PDF. Check the preview before saving.
4. Open the saved PDF and check every detail before printing or sending it.

Edits made in the browser are temporary: export your PDF before closing or refreshing the page. For a reusable edited HTML file, change a copy in a text editor. The download does not send invitations or collect replies.

Image samples (.png)

Open images in an image viewer or insert them into your design or presentation app. The product page lists the actual pixel dimensions. Keep the original and crop a copy; enlarging an image does not add detail. Our current samples are flattened AI-generated images with no editable layers. Review a print preview before printing.

Where is my download?

1. Sign in with the same account used for the free order, then open My library.
2. Select Download beside the resource. Look in your browser’s downloads list or your device’s Downloads folder.
3. If your browser asks where to save the file, choose a folder you can find again. A phone may save it in its Files app.
4. If the download is missing or incomplete, retry the existing library link before placing another order.

If a file will not open, check that its name still ends in .csv, .md, .html or .png as listed on the product page. Contact support with the resource name, device, browser and the exact error message. Never send your password or card details.

Can I buy paid products?

Not yet. Our store currently offers free samples. Paid products, customer payment methods and final purchase terms will be enabled only after they are ready and tested.

Your account and privacy

The store uses your signed-in account identifier to keep orders and download access together. An essential cookie remembers your bag. Uploaded product files are stored privately. No advertising trackers have been added.
